Building AI-powered recruiting orgs, and world-class technical teams. Developing the tools, agents, and systems that find and hire elite talent, fast.
Recruiter. Builder. AI Engineer.
I've spent 15 years recruiting engineers, data scientists, and product leaders at startups and public companies. I know what great technical talent looks like, how to find them, and how to get them to say yes.
At Machinify, I personally hired over 70% of the technical staff from Series A through acquisition - grew the company from 20 to 150+ people. Along the way I started building my own tools: AI agents for sourcing, a Chrome extension that catches fraudulent candidates, an analytics dashboard on top of Greenhouse. Turns out when you recruit engineers all day, you start thinking like one.
Now I spend my time doing both - leading recruiting teams and writing the software that makes them dramatically more effective. I'm particularly focused on using LLMs and AI agents to automate the parts of recruiting that shouldn't require a human in the loop.
Where I've been and what I've done
Candidate fraud is a massive problem in technical recruiting right now. I built a Chrome extension that cross-references candidate data against multiple intelligence sources to flag suspicious profiles before they waste interviewer time. Integrates directly with your ATS.
Greenhouse's built-in reporting is limited, so I built my own. A Next.js app that pulls data from the Greenhouse API and gives recruiting teams the pipeline visibility, pass-through rates, and performance metrics they actually need to make decisions.
A set of Claude-powered agents I built and deployed across our recruiting org. They handle candidate discovery, sourcing research, outreach drafting, and a bunch of the operational busywork that used to eat up hours every week. The goal is simple - let recruiters spend their time talking to people instead of doing data entry.
What I recruit for and what I build with
Always happy to talk recruiting, AI tooling, or whatever you're building. Reach out.
